Ltd User Terms

These terms apply whenever you use our Allied Press Limited "ltd" services. When we refer to "services" it includes the provision of the ltd
website www.ltd.co.nz, the ltd discount card and any other products and services that we supply relating to the ltd services. By accepting and using the ltd discount card, logging on to the
website or using any of our other services you accept these terms and conditions.

1. ltd discount card
The ltd discount card remains valid whilst we provide ltd services. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue the ltd services and the ltd website. The discount card remains our property at all
times and we may terminate your right to use it at any time.

2. Transactions with advertisers
a. To claim any ltd deal you must present your ltd discount card to the retailer when you purchase the goods and services from the advertiser.
b. Our services allow advertising customers to promote the sale of goods and services to you subject to their specific terms. We do not take any part in the sale of goods and services other than by
providing our website as a place for advertisers to advertise on. If a buyer elects to purchase and goods and services the purchase is subject to the terms of the seller. We do not act as agent for either party and
do not participate in any sale or transaction between you and advertisers.
c. Responsibility for the content of advertisements appearing on this website (including hyperlinks to advertisers’ own websites) rests solely with the advertisers. The placement of such advertisements on the
website does not constitute our recommendation or endorsement of the advertised product or service. Each advertiser is solely responsible for any representation made in connection with its advertisement.

3. At your own risk
a. Transactions and all other contact between you and the advertiser are conducted entirely at your own risk. You agree that we take no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its advertisers. We give no undertakings, representations, or
warranties in relation to goods and services advertised on the website, including:
i. About ownership of any item;
ii. As to the content, safety, description, worthiness, quality, or legality of the items that are listed in the website;
iii. As to the accuracy or truth of listings;
iv. That any item will meet your requirements or expectations; or
v. About the ability of advertisers to complete a transaction, including credit card transactions.

b. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim and exclude all implied conditions or warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to our advertisers' goods and services.
c. Responsibility for any refund in relation to goods and services rests entirely with the advertiser.

4. Disclaimer
You agree that:
a. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
b. We do not warrant that:
i. the services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; or
ii. that any information provided on the website is error–free or reliable.

5. Our Liability
We are not liable to you for anything else caused by or resulting from anything we do or do not do, or delay in doing. This exclusion applies whatever
you are claiming for (including loss of profits or business) and however liability arises or might arise if it were not for this clause.

6. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Indemnity
You agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified us from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses on a solicitor client basis), losses, proceedings, damages,
liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with these terms and conditions,
or not meeting your legal responsibilities to us or to anyone else.

Privacy
We collect personal information about you through your use of the services and the website, including:
a. Your registration details; and
b. Information relating to your use of the website and the content you access.

These terms are prominently displayed in our offices, and on our website. We can change all or any of these terms at any time.
